2. Product Safety & Age Restrictions

  • Sensory, Fidget & Slime Toys: Most standard fidget toys, slimes, putties, and foam squishies are intended for ages 3+ or 6+ due to small parts and potential choking hazards. Parental supervision is always advised.

  • Magnetic Products: Specialty desk fidgets containing rare-earth neodymium or ferrite magnets (such as SPEKS products) are strictly restricted to individuals aged 14 and older. Magnets pose serious risks of internal damage if swallowed. By purchasing magnetic toys, you confirm you meet the age requirement.

  • Wear and Tear: Squishies, sensory doughs, and slimes are pliable consumables by design. Over-stretching, rough handling, contact with sharp objects, or exposure to excessive heat will naturally cause wear or bursting over time and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of standard UK VAT where applicable.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify retail prices, shipping fees, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraudulent transactions, bulk reselling abuse, or stock inaccuracies). If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address supplied at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing payment; we cannot be held liable for misdirected parcels resulting from customer address errors.

  • Mystery Boxes & Blind Packs: Mystery boxes and blind collectibles must remain completely unopened, untouched, and in their original sealed outer cartons or wrapping to remain eligible for return.
