Shipping policy

At WigglePiggle, we make sure every sensory treasure - from individual squishies and fidget toys to full mystery boxes - is packed with extreme care and dispatched quickly so your sensory haul arrives in pristine condition.

Dispatch Times

  • All orders are packed and dispatched within 72 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Pre-orders

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the entire order will be held and dispatched together when the pre-order item becomes available. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

UK Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 business days — £3.99 (or FREE on all orders of £40.00 and up)

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days — £6.99

Packaging Standards

  • Every order is carefully packed inside sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes, cushioned with eco-friendly void fill, and sealed with heavy-duty tape. Whether you're ordering a single pocket squishy, sensory putty, or a full haul, we make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your delivery from our facility right to your doorstep.
